Are the cards protected during shipping?
All shipments are protected, packed with 2 layers of bubble wrap and placed inside sturdy boxes suitable for the size of the cards (except for orders containing items in formats other than 63x89) so they cannot move.
When will my package be shipped?
Products are generally shipped within 2 days of ordering.
What condition are the cards in?
The cards are exactly in the same condition as when you find them upon opening the packs.

How can I find the cards I need?
You can find them in the top right with the magnifying glass.
Alternatively, the pages offer many filters, allowing you to sort the cards by category, artist, price, etc....
Can I sell my cards?
If you want to sell your cards, you can contact me through the contact section by entering the types and quantities.

What can I do if a card I need is out of stock?
On the individual product pages, there is a very useful “Notify me” feature. You can select the button for the cards you want to stay updated on. When they become available again, you’ll receive an email to let you know.
Where can I see the cards?
The website features scans or photos of all products. Most limited cards can be viewed on the Instagram profile BraccoTCG.
